Talks haven’t broken down

Kathmandu, 29 March: Peace Minister Ram Chandra Paudel said Saturday talks with four Madesh parties haven’t broken down.
Paudel said talks have only been delayed because of pre-conditions of those parties.

70 Tibetans arrested

Kathmandu, 29 March: More than 70 Tibetan refugees were arrested as they demonstrated before the Chinese embassy Saturday.
