Secretary of prime minister shot, injured (BREAKING NEWS)

Kathmandu, 9 Feb: Sakti Basnet, secretary of the prime minister, was shot and injured at Koteshwor in the capital Monday night.
He has been admitted to B and B Hospital for treatment.
Prime Minister Prachanda is away from the capital.
He made a scathing remark against the Nepal Army at a public meeting in Panchthar Monday.
