Homes of Maoist bombed in Kailali

Kathmandu, 5 April: Two homes of Maoist district leader Tilak Bista was bombe overnight in Kailali.
Domestic animals were killed in the bombings.

Mukunda regmi dead

Kathmandu, 5 April: Senior advocate Mukunda Regmi died overnight in the capital.
He helped draft the 1990 constitution.
He was close with Nepali Congress.

Kathmandu, 5 April: Government has set aside Rs 80 million to re-run Chinese-aided Hetuda Textile Factory.
The Nepali Congress has put it up for privatization; nobody took up the offer.
The factory is likely to resume production by the end of April.
