PM Prachanda to address parliament

Kathmandu, 22 May: Outgoing Prime Minister Prachanda is to address parliament later Friday on party charge President Dr Ram Baran Yadav usurped power to retain sacked Army Chief Gen Rukmangud Katawal.
The move has led to a political crisis creating a political stalemate.
CPN-UML leader Bharat Mohan Adhikari warned Friday Maoists could still block the election of Madhav Kumar Nepal as prime minister by stalling parliament proceedings.
His election is scheduled Saturday.
