Maoists again obstructed parliamentary proceedings (BREAKING NEWS)
By Bhola B Rana

Kathmandu, 7 Oct: Despite a rosy picture presented by ruling parties of an imminent breakthrough in a four-month political deadlock Wednesday, Maoists again obstructed parliamentary proceedings when the legislature met after a prolonged desain recess.
Following Maoist sloganeering Wednesday, the chairman adjourned parliament until Friday.
Maoists have presented a new demand for the formation of what they call a joint national government in a package agreement to replace the Madhav Kumar Nepal government.
Maoists say as the largest party they should lead a government to draft a constitution and take the peace process to its logical conclusion.
Maoists said they will launch a decisive third popular movement if there’s no agreement by tihar.
