Offices padlocked in Parsa

Kathmandu, 26 Nov: Officials padlocled government offices in Parsa district Thursday.
They are protesting protection of Agriculture State Minister Karima Beagun who assaulted CDO Durga Bhandari at his office more than two weeks ago.
The district police office has issued an arrest warrant.
Beagun haols from LMJF of Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachedhar.
Beagun complained the CDO allotted her an old car during a district visit.

Nepal Telecom to invest in Tamakoshi

Kathmandu, 26 Nov: Nepal Telecom finally will invest Rs 6.6 billion in Upper Tamakoshi, Kantipur reports.
A formal decision for the investment has been made.
Internal financial resources has been mobilized for the project.
An agreement will be concluded soon with Nepal Electricity Authority.
Nepal Telecom will get 10 percent share for the investment.
