Indian foreign minister arrives

Kathmandu, 15 Jan.: Indian Foreign Minister SM Krishna arrived Friday for a three-day visit.
Nepal and India are signing five memorandums of understanding during the visit aimed to implement a 36-pointaccord signed during Prime Minster Madhav Kumar Nepal’s India visit last year.
He will hold discussions with Chairman Prachanda whose Maoist party has launched an anti-India campaign as part of their fourth phase anti-president and anti-government protests.
