Kathmandu, 18 July; Former Maoist Yagya Acharya was found dead Saturday after a drubbing one day earlier in Rupendhaehi.
The former president of Jana Morcha Palpa chapter defected to the rival party led by Matrika Yadav.

$41m UN assist

Kathmandu, 18 July: UN Emergency Relief Coordinator John Holmes set aside $41 million for Nepal and eight other countries to fight hunger, malnutrition, disease and conflict.
The money will fund activities of UN humanitarian agencies of International Organization for Migration (IOM).
The fund will assist two NGOs as well.
The UN Country team receive $ 2 million to address humanitarian needs.
