Third round vote for prime minister later Monday

Kathmandu, 2 Aug: A runoff election for prime minister in being held int parliament Monday after two inconclusive rounds of voting.
Maoist Chairman Prachanda and NC Vice-president Ram Chandra Paudel are facing each other in the runoff election.
The vote is likely to be inconclusive with UML deciding to abstain for the second time.
A front of four Madesh parties began meeting Monday to decide its position in the contest.

Dragonair increasing flights between Hong Kong, Kathmandu

Kathmandu, 2 Aug: Dragonair is doubling its flights between Hong Kong and Kathmandu from 1 September, an official announcement said.
It will operate six flights a week between the two cities.
The airline hopes to operate seven flights a week from November, subject to government approval.
