MORE DETAILS OF DINNER MEET AT SURYA BAHADUR THAPA RESIDENCE

Kathmandu, 3 Nov.: Sher Bahadur Deuba entered the Sher Bahadur Thapa residence though the backdoor without his security, Naya Patrika reports.
Two dozen NC leaders, also including Arjun Narsingh KC, Bhim Bahadur Tamang, Khum Bahadur Khadka, Gopal Man Shrestha, Gobinda Raj Joshi, Dr. Minendra Rijal, Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat were also present.
President Sushil Koirala, who was invited, didn’t attend.
A source close to Thapa said Koirala didn’t attend because the ‘purpose of the discussion and objective weren’t clear’.
Sources said Krishna Prasad Shitaula and Shekhar Koirala who were invited, didn’t also attend.
