MISSING KOREAN IDENTIFIED
Kathmandu, 11 Dec.: Details have poured in about the mysterious North Korean national- suspected to be a spy—who went missing from Kathmandu, resulting in the detention of two South Korean nationals, Republica reports.
A staff at the North Koran embassy, who identified herself s Miss Kim, said Yang Hyok Kae came to Nepal in December 2009, and he was just a tourist. According to Miss Kim, he went missing three weeks ago.
Yang had been operating a Korean restaurant on the top floor of the Woodlands Business Complex at Darbarmarg for nine months.
One reasons why he disappeared could be the huge amount of money he owes to some Nepalis, investigators said.
