China delivers new culture agreement

Kathmandu, 5 Dec.: China Sunday handed over a draft of a proposed new culture agreement to Nepal.
The draft was handed over by visiting Chinese Culture Minister Cai Wu who arrived Sunday.

He was arrested for alleged tax evasion.

Kathmandu, 5 Dec.: Polish trafficker Gorze Gorzpiotr Cieslaak was
arrested with 5.75 km hashish before boarding a flight for Bangkok
at Tribhuvan International Airport Sunday.
The contraband was concealed in the false bottom of his suitcase.
