China delivers new culture agreement
Kathmandu, 5 Dec.: China Sunday handed over a draft of a proposed new culture agreement to Nepal.
The draft was handed over by visiting Chinese Culture Minister Cai Wu who arrived Sunday.
Cai handed over the draft to his Nepali counterpart Dr Minendra Rijal
