NEPAL’S VIRTUAL NEW BANGLADESH KING REFUSES TO DEPOSE AT CHITWAN; OTHER DETAILS

Kahmandu, 15 Dec.: Ruben Chanduary, Nepal’s virtual new king and Bangladeshi son-in-law of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sujata Koirala, refused to depose in Wednesday where he had an altercation with Paras Shah Saturday .
Shah asked Chaudhary also be presented like him in Chitwan where an altercation between them developed.
Giving special privilege to a foreigner in Naya Nepal , police instead is interrogating Chaudhary in Mandikatar at the residence of his mother-in-law.
Chaudhary should normally be on a tourist visa; the status of visa has been questioned in the past.
Nepali Congress leaders and activists are present at he interrogation.
Parties and their lackeys are clearly protected under the prevailing regime.
Party leaders and their relatives are Nepal’s new kings after deposing a traditional king.
They cannot be touched by they law; they are, in fact, beyond law.
Chitwan CDO Basata Raj Gautam Wednesday extended the remand
for preparing a case against Shah for three days effective from
Tuesday.
He rejected a four-day remand sought by police to prepare a charge sheet under public offence act.
A case hasn’t been registered as yet against Shah.
Very conveniently law, police can turn law books for 72 hours are frame charges against a person at will under direction of powers that be.
Shah accused Chaudhary of insulting him, his family and the nation.
People came out of the streets for the second consecutive day in the capital, Makwanpur, Birgunj, Chitwan and Nepalgunj in support of Shah Wednesday.
Several protesters were arrested.
The Nepali Congress is divided on the formal party support for Sujata Koirala who demanded action against Shah from Southeast Asia.
