By Bhola B Rana

Kathmandu, 5 Feb. Maoists and UML formed an eight-member task force Saturday to attempt assemble a government by Sunday morning, Maoist Vice-Chairman Narayan Kazi Shrestha said Saturday.
Prime Minister-elect ad Chairman of UML Jhalanath Khanal is scheduled to be sworn-in Sunday afternoon after his election by majority i parliament Thursday night.
The taskforce will have four members each from UML and Maoists.
Khanal and Chairman Prachanda agreed to form such a body at a meeting of at two at Prachanda residence confirming UCPN(Maoist) will dominate and control the government.
Maoists will be the dominant force in government, Khanal’s drive to he Prachanda residence Saturday afternoon confirms.
The Maoist chairman didn’t go to meet Khanal.
Nepal has been virtually taken over by communists.
They now can pass any legislation with their absolute majority in parliament.
But the communist-dominated government won’t succeed in getting through a communist constitution as NC and Madeshbadi parties have opted to stay in the opposition,
Hopes of promulgating a constitution by 28 May are, therefore, bleak.
Nepal is heading towards another round of confrontation and
uncertainty even with the election of Khanal welcomed by the
so-called international community.
The folly of Girija Prasad who handed over NC majority
in parliament has been capped with Khanal’s election.
Maoist Vice-chairman Narayan Kazi Shrestha from Maoists and hard-line UML leader Bam Deb Gautam are in the committee also charged with responsibility to present a national budget for annual fiscal year 2010/11.
The outgoing government had forced a budget through ordinance.
Maoists will control the Khanal government through a high-level political mechanism of the two parties to run government with
representatives of both parties in the body.
UML and Maoists in a seven-point agreement have agreed to share
The post of government chief through rotation ensuring Maoists will elad the government in the future, according to terms of a seven-point
inter-party agreement.
UML and Maoists have befooled mainly NC which pressed for the resignation of Premier Nepal to replace it with a government led by the party now headed by Sushil Koirala after the death of his cousin Girija Prasad Korala.
