FURTHER DETAILS ON UML CONTROVERSY

Kathmandu, 21 Feb.: A 39-member politburo meeting of the UML began Monday to discuss a controversial 7-point agreement between chairmen of the UCPN (Maoist) and UML and delayed government expansion.
The standing committee referred the disputed agreement and government expansion of Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal to the politburo.

NEPAL TOPS GROUPB OF ACC T20 WOMEN’S CRICKET TOURNAMENT

Kathmandu, 21 Feb. Nepal neat Malaysia by nine wickets to emerge at the top of Group B in the ACC T20 women’s cricket tournament in Kuwait Monday.
