BHATTARAI TO BE CREMATED WITH STATE HONOUR

KRISHNA PRASAD BHATTARAI TO BE CREMATED SUNDAY

Kathmandu, 5 March: Krishna Prasad Bhattarai will be cremated with state honour Sunday morning.
His body will be taken from his residence at Badegaon for public viewing at Dashrath Ransgashala Sunday morning; the funeral procession will start from the stadium.
Kishunji participated in the Quit India movement against British rule in India.
He was commander of the central front NC Tarun Dal against Rana rule.
Bhattarai was the first chairman of Nepal Journalist Association.
The two-time premier was a devout Hindu.
