WOMEN SERVING PRISON SENTENCED FOR ABORTION AMNESTIED

Kathmandu, 27 May: Women serving prison sentences for abortion were amnestied by the cabinet Friday.
It wasn’t known how many be mothers would benefit.
Abortion has already been legalized.

Kathmandu, 27 May: Ceremonial President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav held three-hour consultations with his deputy Parmananda Jha Friday.
They discussed the current political deadlock.
They can only ask and persuade the real political players to end the impasse and prolonged political crisis
The president himself has ruled out presidential rule as an outlet for which there’s no constitutional provision.
