FOUR JAPANESE FEARED DEAD IN LANGTANG NATIONAL PARK

FOUR UNIDENTIFIED JAPANESE BURIED IN RASUWA

Kathmandu, 5 June: Four unidentified Japanese are feared dead while trekking in the Langtang National Park near Kunjula Pass while returning after a mountain trip, a MFM radio said quoting their porter.
A hand of one of the trekkers was jutting out of snow covering their bodies.
The area is two day’s trek from Rasuwa district headquarter Dunche.
A search team has left for the area 50 km north of the capital .

MRPs TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN 20 DISTRICTS FOR LIMITED PERIOD

Kathmandu, 5 June: Persons forced to come to the capital to collect machine readable passports (MRPs) will get some relief after they’re from districts from mid-July, Kantipur repoprts.
For three months MRPs will be distributed in 20 districts.
Passports will be issued in five districts in Shrawan, 10 districts in Bhadra and five districts in Aswin, Foreign Secretary Madan Kumar Bhattarai told Kantipur.
