UML, another ruling communist party, and main opposition NC.
A five-point agreement between the Big Three Sunday morning ended an immediate prolonged political deadlock by extending the constituent assembly (CA) tenure by another three months.
The assembly couldn’t promulgate a, constitution to institutionalize a declared for the second time in three years.
The CA now has to complete the draft in three months.

The prime minister received support Thursday of his party’s central committee where he’s in a minority not to resign immediately; the central committee meets continues Friday.
Maoist Chairman Prachanda has been charged by hardliners for making to many concessions to facilitate the five-point agreement.
A faction led by Vice-chairman Mohan Baidya opposes integration and resettlement of fighters without completing a draft of a constitution.

Kathmandu, 3 June: A Nepali soldier in the British army was given a top bravery award by Queen Elizabeth II on Wednesday for his heroics in Afghanistan , where he single-handedly saw off more than 30 Taliban fighters, AFP reports from London.
Corporal Dipprasad Pun, 31, said he thought he was going to die and so had nothing to lose in taking the attackers who overran his checkpoint.
He was awarded the Conspicuous Gallantry Cross (CGC), which is given in recognition of acts of conspicuous gallantry during active operations against the enemy.
Pun fired more than 400 rounds, launched 17grenades and detonated a mine to repel the Taliban assault on his checkpoint near Babaji in Helmand Province, southern Afghanistan, last September.

RECORD PRICE FOR NEPALI PAUBHA
Kathmandu, 3 June : Vasudhara Mandala, a South Asian art fetched a record high price in the European market with a 14th century Nepali painting selling for 825,250 pounds at Southbey’s in London, Indo Asian News Service (IANS) reports.
The news agency quoted a Sotheby’s statement as saying on Thursday that the amount is a world record for its class.
The painting, by Jasaraja Jirila, went under the hammer on Wednesday. It was from the Stuart Cary Welch Collection of Islamic and Indian art—a repository of Indian and Islamic art collected byWelch, an American scholar and Harvard teacher, IANS said.
Vasudhara Mandala was painted by Jasaraja Jirila in 1365 and is the earliest recorded Nepal ‘paubha’ traditional painting that contains a date within its dedicatory inscription, it added.
