FURTHER DETAILS OF DR, BABURAM BHATTARAI ELECTION

Kathmandu, 28 Aug.: “I declare Baburam Bhattarai declared prime minister of Nepal,” Speaker Subash Nemwang said announcing detailed election result Sunday evening.
He reminded lawmakers,” I have not declared election result”.
Lawmakers got up from their seats in parliament to congratulate the victorious candidate before the speaker could complete his announcement.
“Nepali Congress will playa role of constructive opposition in completing the peace process ad constitution drafting,” Ram Chandra Paudel after his defeat in two rounds of elections in parliament.
He lost eight months ago to outgoing Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal.
A front of five Madeshbadi parties has emerged as a kingmaker in Nepali politics and it’s role in government will be decisive.
The front is pushing a terai agenda.
