GOLD PRICE HITS ANOTHER NEW HIGH OF RS. 50,500 PER TOLA



GOLD PRICE REACHES RECORD RS 50,500 PER TOLA

Kathmandu, 11 Aug : The gold price hit yet another all-time high on Thursday, as the precious metal was traded for Rs 50,500 per tola (11.664 grams) in the domestic market.
The price of the yellow metal fell by Rs.300 per tola Wednesday.
Trading in gold has slipped with trend of increasing price.

NEPAL IN GROUP OF 2012 WORLD CUP WITH AUSTRALIA, ENGLAND

Kathmandu, 11Aug.: : Nepal is in Group A of the 2012 U-19 World Cup being hosted Queensland ,Australia , on another one year.
Australia, Ireland and England are in the group.
International Cricket Council (ICC) Wednesday placed two-time champion Pakistan, New Zealand, Scotland and Afghanistan in Group B.
India is in Group C along with West Indies, Zimbabwe and Papua New Guinea.
Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are in Group D along with South Africa and Namibia in a draw.
Nepal finished second in the just concluded 10-nation ICC U-19 World Cup Qualifier tournament in Dublin, Ireland.
