PM CALLS FOR RELIEF PLAN
PM ASKS OFFICIALS TO PREPARE PLAN FOR RELIEF WITHIN ONE MONTH FUTHER DETAILS
Kathmandu, 30 Aug.: Prime Minister Dr.Baburam Bhattarai Tuesday asked top officials to prepare within one month a plan for relief to people at a meeting in Singha Durbar.
He sought their cooperation in completing a delayed peace process and constitution drafting and promulgation.

DIARRHOEA KILLS ONE, 13 SICK IN ROLPA

“We call on the Government to meet the commitments it made before the UN Human Rights Council by ensuring the full application of the rule of law to state and non-state personnel involved in disappearances.
“The Government should also ensure that police and court orders are followed through, and that arrest warrants are executed,” the statement said.
They accused first Nepal Army and then UCPN-Maoist for ‘refusal ‘to cooperate in investigations.
