CHIEFS OF MISSIONS OF EU MEMBER STATES MEEET SUSHIL KOIRALA
Kathmandu, 6 Sept.: Chiefs of missions of EU member states in the capital held a collective meeting with NC President Sushil Koirala Tuesday.
The envoys asked Koirala to help the government of Baburam Bhattarai complete the peace process and constitution drafting, according to NC sources.
EU is Maoist friendly and has also contributed financially to upkeep 19,000 plus former Maoist fighters in 28cantomnments and satellite camps by funding them through a peace trust managed by government.

WOMAN ACCUSED FOR SWILDLING WORKERS SEEKING JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN JAPAN ARRESTED
Kathmandu, 6 Sept.: Pushpa Khadka Karki, founder of Shakura Foundation, has been arrested.
She has been accused along with her husband for swindling at least 35 Nepali workers seeking work opportunities in Japan.
Complaints were lodged with police.
Her husband Pandab Raj runs a Japanese language school in the capital.
