were killed , including three persons in the capital Sunday.
Four were injured.
Government has launched immediate relief measures and ordered collection of data.
Reports continue to pour in.
Four were injured in a wall collapse in Dharan.
A police outpost in Dhanusha collapsed injuring a policeman.
Two prisoners were injured in a stampede at Central Jail in the capital.
Parliaments session in the capital was adjourned for 30 minutes.
