Completing a first draft of a constitution, completing the peace process and announcing relief for people are among the priorities, Bhattarai said.

NC CENTRAL COMMITTEE WILL DECIDE ON STATE RESTRUCTURING COMMISSON WEDNESDAY UPDATE
Kathmandu, 6 Sept.: Main opposition NC central working committee Tuesday was adjourned until Wednesday without any decision.
Three-time Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Vice president Ram Chandra Paudel presented suggestions of panel they head on the peace process and constitution respectively for approval and decision of the committee.
The party has to adopt official positions of issues such as integration of Maoist fighters in state agencies together with resettlement to complete a peace process and future of a constituent assembly.
The assembly tenures have been repeatedly extended without drafting and promulgating a constitution to institutionalize
The committee will decide Wednesday on a state reorganization commission to adopt a federal structure, member Dip Kumar Upadhaya said.
The need for a commission was issued by the committee Tuesday amid calls by other committees for a committee of experts to take up the structure.
