JAPANESE DEAD ON EVEREST IN FIRST AUTUMN CASUALTY

Kathmandu, 17 Sept.: A 48-year-old Japanese died this week at the base camp of the 8848 meters high Mount Everest in the first casualty of the current autumn climbing season. Tourism ministry said and his trekking agency said.
The Japanese was identified as Kino Hiroki, a photographer.
His body was airlifted to the capital Friday from Everest.
The climber died of a heart attack.
