Pradhan was also formally installed immediately after appointment.
He’s the government’s chief legal advisor.

3 KILLED IN PALPA BUS PLUNGE

Kathmandu, 9 Set,: Three persons were killed Friday when a bus plunged 50 meters off a road in Palpa.
Five of nearly 35 were injured are serious.
The bus was heading for Tamghas from the capital.
The bus tumbled off the road at Applubijel.
