NATIONAL BUDGET APPROVED IN MIDST OF QUAKE

Kathmandu, 19 Sept.: The national budget for 2011/12 was approved by parliament Sunday in the midst of a quake.
Speaker Subash Nemwang adjourned the session for 15 minutes only after lawmakers rushed out
Nemwang also rushed out of parliament house after he felt the shock late.
