RELIEF PACKAGE DIFFERENCES IN GOVT.UPDATE

Kathmandu, 8 Sept.: Amid differences between Maoists and a front of five Madeshbadi front in government a relief package couldn’t be announced by cabinet Thursday.
A task force of four ministers was formed by the cabinet Thursday to resolve differences.
Government will announce the delayed package after cabinet approval Friday.

PM FLYING FOR NEW YORK 19 SEPT. UPDATE

Kathmandu, 8 Sept.: Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai will fly for New York 19 September to attend the coming UN general assembly session, Narayan Kazi Shrestha said Thursday..
He’ll address the assembly 24 September.

NEPAL CONDEMNS DEADLY DELHI BLAST
Kathmandu, 8 Sept.: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav, Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Kaji Shrestha have condemned the bomb attack that took place in New Delhi, India, on Wednesday, RSS reports.
Sending a message to Indian President Mrs. Pratibha Devi Singh Patil, President Dr Ram Baran Yadav has expressed heartfelt condolence and deep sympathies on behalf of the government and people of Nepal and on his own. President Yadav has expressed profound sympathy to the members of the bereaved families.
Similarly, Prime Minister Bhattarai sending a message to his Indian counterpart Dr Manmohan Singh has said that the Government of Nepal strongly condemns such cowardly acts of terrorism.
Likewise, sending a message to Indian Minister for External Affairs S. M Krishna, Deputy Prime Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha said that the Government of Nepal denounces and strongly condemns such dastardly acts.
