ONE MORE MNISTER ADDED TO CABINET

DAN BAHADUR CHAUDHARI APPOINTED MINISTER IN EXPANDED CABINET

Kathmandu, 18 Sept.: Dan Bahadur Chaudhari of MTDP-N was appointed minister for women, children and social welfare in the third expansion of the Baburam Bhattarai government Sunday.
No state ministers were appointed amid opposition of the premier who opposed appointment of state ministers in what was called ‘unimportant’ ministries.
Bhattarai administered the oath of office and secrecy to Chaudhari at president´s office Shital Niwas on Sunday noon.
The cabinet strength now is 22.
