SECURITY PLAN OF HOME MINISTRY OLD WINE

HOME MINISTY TO IMPLEMENT PAST PLANS IN GARB OF SHORT AND LONG-TERM STRATEGIES FOR SECURITY

Kathmandu, 7 Sept.: Home ministry Wednesday made public a special short and long-term improvement and security plan to give relief to the people.
Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachedhar made public the people and hoped security will be improved..
It will be presented to cabinet for approval Thursday.
Gachedhar said other ministries are also presenting relief measures for approval, he revealed.
The ministry hopes to talk with 12 armed groups to provide security and relief, the new home minister said.
There are no new concepts.
The announcement is generally reiteration to implement plans of previous governments
Practice of hiring personnel of security agencies will be ended, according to the plan—a concept adopted by previous governments but never effectively executed.
A commission to recruit police personnel will be started—again a commitment of previous never implemented.
Ruling parties have been filling positions with their lackeys.
“Political intervention at home ministry will be brought down to nil,” the home minister said.
