Kathmandu, 29 Sept.: Congressman Steve Chabot has arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday for a two-day visit, RSS reports..
During the visit, Chabot is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai and senior government officials, political party leaders, media representatives, and civil society leaders and discuss issues relating to the peace process.
Chabot is scheduled to hold a press conference at 6:30 on Friday evening.
Congressman Steve Chabot has represented Ohio's First Congressional District in the US Congress for fifteen years and currently serves on the House Committee on Foreign Affairs

Kathmandu, 29 Sept.: Pubudu Dassanayake ,former Sri
Lankan test player and now a Canadian national, arrived Thursday to take up responsibility as national cricket coach.
Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) President Binaya Raj Pandey welcomed him at the airport.
"Coaching is challenging and I´m here to face it.
"My first assignment is to qualify for the Twenty20 World Cup qualifiers through the ACC Twenty20," he told reporters at the airport.
