FIVE JOINTSECRETARIES TRANSFERRED

Kathmandu, 10 Oct.: Government has transferred five joint secretaries at ministries and public enterprises
Joint Secretaries at communication ministry Mahendra Guragain and Narayan Regmi were transferred to public service commission and culture ministry.
Sushil Ojha and Laxman Pokhrel have been transferred to the communication ministry as joint secretaries from two other agencies
Mahendraman Gurung has been transferred from the finance ministry to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.

CHAIRMAN PRACHANDA DIDN’T OBSERVE RITUALS AFTER FATHER’S DEATH

Kathmandu, 10 Oct. Dressed in a black coat and pant, eldest son Pushpa Kamal [Maoist Chairman Prachanda] lit the funeral pyre [of father Moktiram], Narayan Sherpa reports in Kantipur from Chitwan.
He didn’t shave his head and didn’t stay kiriya [13 days in isolation] and returned to the capital immediately after lighting the funeral pyre.
