ANOTHET TOP CHINESE TEAM COMING
Kathmandu, 7 Nov.: A high-level Chinese delegation is all set to visit Nepal prior to the sojourn of Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai to the Northern neighbor, RSS reports.

This information has been made public by a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Secretary of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Liu Qi during his meeting with Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai on Monday.

Nature and date of the visit is yet to be ascertained however.

Prime Minister Bhattarai is scheduled to go on a visit to China once he returns after attending the 17th SAARC Summit being held in the Addu City of the Maldives from November 10-11, 2011.

However, the prime minister’s visit to China has not been officially announced yet and still to be endorsed by the cabinet.

Liu is on a four-day friendly visit to Nepal since Saturday.

At the same meeting, Prime Minister Dr. Bhattarai reiterated Nepal’s commitment to the ‘One China’ policy and assured that Nepali territory won’t be used for anti-China activities, according to Ramrijhan Yadav, the prime minister’s press advisor.

UPENDRA YADAV PREDICTS NO SUSTAINABLE PEACE EVEN WITH SEVEN-POINT AGREEMENT

Kathmandu, 7 Nov.: Chairman of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum, Upendra Yadav has said that no sustainable peace will be maintained in the
country even with the seven -point agreement signed among the main parties a few days agom RSS reports from Saptari..

Yadav said this at a press meet organized in Rajbiraj on Monday by the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Nepal, Saptari chapter.


There still exists the possibility of conflict with the integration of 6,500 Maoist armies, and others sending home by giving money, as other factors have been underestimated, he said.

The seven-point deal has underestimated timely changes to the security sector and making it inclusive, which has kept intact possibility of conflict, he added.

He also doubted the implementation of the seven- point deal, saying the leaders of the major parties are not honest.

Yadav also claimed that the Bhattarai-led government cannot fulfill the works of peace process and constitution, and called for a national consensus government.

Saying there was a possibility of large parties conspiring to abort the past agreements on Madhesh autonomous region in the pretext of the expert team, he said, and warned to resort to strong protest and if this happened.
