Dr. Ram Baran Yavad to pardon Maoist lawmaker Bal
Krishna Dhungel.
Supreme court convicted him for murder along with the
confiscation of his property.

attorney general had earlier briefed the president of the
impending government decision.

ONE DEAD IN MOHOTTARI ACCIDENT
Kathmandu, 8 Nov.: One person died in a road accident at Sonamai VDC-6 of Mahottari district on Tuesday, RSS reports from Gaushala.
Sudip Kumar Yadav, 18, of Sripur of the district, died on the spot when a bus (Na 3 Kha 1506) bound to Bardibas from Jaleshwor knocked him down at Timkiya of the VDC, according to District Police Office, Mahottari.
The driver and the bus were kept under police control for necessary investigation while the body has been kept at the District Hospital for postmortem, RSS eportslfrom Gaushana n Mohottari..
Meanwhile, the local residents have disrupted the highway traffic demanding compensation and action on the guilty.
Similarly, A youth was killed in a motorcycle accident in Khudunabari of Jhapa district on Monday night.
Motorcyclist Lalu Rai of Arjundhara-2 died while undergoing treatment at Kankai Hospital, Birtamod.
His motorcycle (Me 1 Pa 4187) met with an accident after it hit a culvert while he was returning home after meeting his relatives in
