FOREIGN MINISTER LEAVING FOR CHINA

Kathmandu, 22 Nov.: Foreign Minister Narayan Kazi Shrestha, who is also deputy prime minister, leaves Tuesday for a China visit leading a none-member delegation.
He’s leaving to create an atmosphere for the Nepal visit of Prime Minister Wen Jiabao beginning 20 December.
