Kathmandu, 16 Nov.: Federal Limbuwan Federation and government are holding talks later Wednesday afternoon in talks at
Singha Durbar.
Government has said it’s ready to hold talks pushing political
nut not other demands.
Limbuwan Federation is demanding autonomy in nime district east of Arun river.

12 TIBETANS PROCEEDING TO INDIA ARRESTED

Kathmandu, 16 Nov. Twelve Tibetans were arrested as they were ging to India to meet their spiritual leader Dalai Lama, Naya Partrika
reports from Simikot.
Seven of one district were arrested for the second time as they
entered Nepal from Tibet.
Police arrested as they were hiding in Simikot dressed as lamas.
