HISHILA YAMI SAYS HER HUSBAND PM BHATTARAI’S GOVT. SHOULD CONTINUE

Kathmandu, 19 Nov.: Member of the UCPN-Maoist Politburo and former Minister Hisila Yami has said the present government should be given continuity for guaranteeing peace and constitution, RSS reports.
At an interaction programme organised by the Nirmal Lama Marga Bikas Samaj held here today, she said that the present government should be given continuity as it has been moving ahead works on peace and constitution amidst political stalemate. Yami is wife of Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai.

Yami said a commission was necessary for scientific state restructuring and the remaining misunderstanding can be removed with reconciliation among parties.

Samaj Secretary Mahomaddin Ali said some 600 households are associated with the Samaj as it is active in road construction, expansion of drinking water supplies and garbage management. The Samaj is located at Ward No. 16 Mehipi in Kathmandu.
