Kathmandu, 16 Nov.: UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal Wednesday said the Baburam Bhattarai government is a failure because it has filed to give the country an outlet.
The ministry is country history’s biggest and amnesty has been given to a person convicted for murder.
Khanal said this one day after Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarau revealed
papers to amnesty a Maoist lawmaker convicted for murder by supreme court were moved during the tenure of Khanal as premier.

Kathmandu, 16 Nov.: RPP-Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa Wednesday ruled out unification with RPP and RJS parties.
Thapa said this after unity talks between three parties of former panchas failed.
The RPP-Nepal chief said there’s no alternative to fresh elections for constituent assembly.
