Maoist central committee began Monday.
Chairman Prachanda his political report while First Vice-chairman Mohan Baidya presented a dissenting proposal for discussion and adoption.
The committee discussion will continue Tuesday.

Ranipokhari Corner Team (RCT) Monday on tiebreaker in Pokhara and qualified for the
semifinal of the Safal Pokhara Cup International Inter-club Football Tournament.
The two sided played a goalless draw in normal time.
