THREE PARTIES CONCLUDE 7-POINT AGREEMENT WEAK

Kathmandu, 24 Nov. The Big Three at a review meeting Thursday of a seven-point agreement between them concluded its implementation was weak.
“We reviewed the implementation. Still much work remain to be completed. Regrouping has moved slightly. We concluded there was no progress on other fronts,” Vice-president of main NC Ram Chandra Paudel said after the meet.
He revealed there was agreement to include one more Dalit member in a proposed state reorganization commission with representatives of the Big Three and a front of six Madeshbadi parties.
Dalits came out in protests for their non-inclusion.
