Kathmandu, 16 Dec.: A future parliament will be bicameral, NC leader Ram Chandra Paudel said Friday.
Preliminary agreement was reached between parties at a meeting of the man constitution drafting committee chaired by Bilambar Acharya.

POLICEMAN COMMITS SUICIDE BY SHOOTING HIMSELF
Kathmandu, 16 Dec.: Policeman Balaram Adhikari shot himself in the temple at Pokhara airport Friday morning.
He died instantly.

16 INJURED IN KANCHANPUR
Kathmandu, 16 Dec.: At least 16 people were seriously injured when a tractor met with accident at Bhasi in Kanchanpur along the East-West Highway at 6.30 this morning, RSS reports from Belauri in .Kanchanpur.
Two bus passengers and 14 persons boarded on the tractor got wounded in a collusion of bus and tractor.
The accident took place when a bus (Na 2 Kha 5846) en route to Mahendranagar from Dhangadhi collided with the tractor (Bhe 1 Pa 2639) coming from the opposite direction.
The accident is said to have occurred due to poor visibility caused by thick fog. The injured are undergoing treatment in Mahakali zonal hospital.
