SPECIAL COURT DEMANDS RS 1.5M BAIL FOR RELEASE OF LAWMAKER

Kathmandu, 3 Dec. A full bench of a special court Friday demanded a Rs.1,5 million bail fro MJFN lawmaker Shiva Pujan Raya Yadav charged for misuse of his personal diplomatic passport.
Yadav has been charged by CIAA.
The court demanded Rs.50,000 bail each from three others charged in the racket.

SHER BAHADUR DEUBA IN DHANGADI

Kathmandu, 3 Dec. NC senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba arrived in Dhangadi Friday from the capital to begin a weeklong tour of districts of the West mid-West and far-West to lobby support in a tussle with the establishment of the man opposition.
Deuba has convened a meeting of party district presidents this month in the capital to collect support.
The top leader attempting to establish himself as the undisputed party leader after President Sushil Koirala accused the party establishment Friday for not implementing his agreement with Girija Prasad Koirala to unite the divided party six years ago.
Deuba led the NC Democratic following a split.
Sushil Koirala says he’s unaware of any agreement between Girija and Deuba.
