Former Crown Princess Himani and her son Hridayandra were at the meeting.
The former king is expected to return home Sunday after extending a India visit.

FURTHER DETAILS OF RAINFALL AND SNOW SINCE TUESDAY NIGHT
Kathmandu, 8 Feb.:: Rainfall taking place in several places in the country including the Kathmandu Valley since 10:00 pm last night is expected to continue until the next two days, RSS reports.

According to Meteorological Forecasting Division, rainfall of this time triggered by the impact of partial wind in the western part including in Pakistan and Afghanistan would continue for the next two days.

The impact of westerly wind is gradually moving towards east and almost all parts of the country received rainfall today, said Division's senior meteorologist Barun Poudel.

Dadeldhura, Dhangadhi, Jumla, Nepalgunj, Bhairahawa and Pokhara witnessed heavy rainfall on Wednesday.

However, rainfall in Taplejung, Dhankuta and Biratnagar in the eastern region began only from this morning.

Similarly, heavy snowfall coupled with rainfall is taking place in high hilly and Himalayan regions.



According to the latest details made available by the Division,
Kathmandu received 12.2 millimeter, Jumla 24.5 mm, Nepalgunj witnessed 16.2 mm, Bhairahawa 22.7 mm and Pokhara 16.6 mm of rainfall until Wednesday afternoon
