Kathmandu, 31 March: Amid protests of victims of conflict, a three-member party task force formed Friday submitted to party leaders Saturday draft bills of commissions for truth and reconciliation and the disappeared persons
The document will finally e sent to the law ministry by government for review and presentation to parliament for approval.
