GERMANY OPPOSES BLANKET NEPAL AMNESTY

Kathmandu, 8 March A visiting German official Wednesday opposed proposed blanket amnesty for rights violations in Nepal by government.
“You cannot have bright future without looking into the past and see
that you can sort out what was wrong.
“We want investigation , we would like to see justice and we would
like the victims of the civil war included in this process,” said Secretary of the German Parliamentary Federal Ministry for Economic
Cooperation and Development Gudrun Kopp
