Tulsipur Chowk, Dang, Thursday night with gelatin sheets, detonators, data cad wire and
two mobile phones, police said..
Magar in a statement said he is a member of Magarat State Committee of
UCPN (Maoist).

HUSBAND CHARGED FOR AXING WIFE TO DEATH
Kathmandu, 2 March: Police have arrested a man on the charge of murdering his wife by hitting her with an axe at Maisthan-5 in Mahottari district on Thursday night, RSS
reports from Bardibas.
Area Police Office, Bardibas, arrested Indra Bahadur Moktan on the charge of murdering his wife Sukmaya Moktan in household dispute.
According to Police Inspector Ramesh Basnet, legal process has been forwarded against him.

NAMIBIAN TEAM IN NEPAL FACING POLITICAL CRISIS
Kathmandu, 2 March:: Nepal's lawmakers interacted with a delegation of African nation Namibia which is here to take stock of the constitution writing process on Friday, RSS reports.
The delegation led by Namibian lawmaker Dr. Mozej Amollow familiarised itself on the progress made in constitution writing at the interaction organised by the parliament's Natural Resource and Means Committee at CA building, New Baneswor.
The delegation which came here a week ago has seven members.
Namibia had got independence in 1978 from South Africa and had shown an example by promulgating new constitution in 84 days from constituent assembly.
Dr. Amollow said his country wrote the constitution as it was started only after reaching basic consensus on constitution. But in Nepal it was started without reaching basic consensus, said the lawmakers.
NC Chief Whip Laxman Ghimire said Namibia's experience will be inspirational for Nepal.
The team also met Speaker Subash Nembang and acquired information on the progress made in constitution writing. On the occasion, Nembang said constitution writing will reach conclusion as peace process is in the final stage.
