Speaking at a press meet organised by the Morang chapter of Nepal Press Union in Biratnagar on Sunday, Deuba said the new government can not be formed until the Madhesi Front continues its support to this government.

Responding to a query, Deuba said no work regarding the constitution has moved ahead, and added that constitution could be promulgated by including federalism, republic and inclusion in the constitution of 2047 BS.
He said federalism could not be decided from a room in the Capital and pointed out the need for the political parties to take into account the aspirations of people from all sectors while deciding about federalism. He further said the 75 districts could be declared as provinces as per the people's demand and suitability. RSS
