PRACHANDA SON TO CONTINUE EVEREST ATTEMPT; OTHER DETAILS
Kathmandu, 19March: Shamir Dahal, son of Maoist Chairman Prachanda, said
Sunday his team’s attempt to scale the 8848 meters high Mount Everest, the world’s tallest, will continue this spring ‘despite ‘negative publicity’ of organizations affiliated with political parties.
“Our attempt was an attempt to create pressure for peace and constitution,” he added.
“We will climb the mountain,” said Krishna KC, a Dahal crony.
